So, let start for Skin Care Planning.
(Recommended to start at least 3 or 4 Months before wedding for better result)
First know the nature of your skin. Whether it is Oily, Dry or Sensitive?
Unless until, don’t use any cream on your face if you haven’t knowledge of your skin type. Take the expert advise
CTM means Cleanser, Tonner and Moisturizer.
You have to line up a daily skin care routine in for the form using CTM i.e Cleanser, Tonner and Moisturizer.
Here the important point is that how you use this CTM formula as per your skin type.
Oily Skin:
If your skin type is oily then you need to follow CTM Formula as on daily basis as per above said table. Means to say you have to use Water Based Face wash or Cleanser and Tonner. Cream should be having light moisture.
Dry Skin:
In such case you need to use Oil/Cream base Cleanser and Hydrating tonner. Moisture should be cream base.
Sensitive or Combination Skin:
If you are having sensitive skin then you need to use hydrating cleanser and deep hydration tonner. Moisture must be hydrate plus nourish.
By opting above said CTM formulation, skin looks will be more glowing and cleaner. It will give a good base at the time bridal make up. Make up will be shinier and glower
But it will not happen if you take quick call for bridal make at the time of wedding. So, you need to ensue pre-planning for better result.
If you are facing the problem of dead skin or black head or white head or pigmentation or excess oiliness or pimples (any-one or combination thereof) then it is recommended to have gentle exfoliation 2 times in a week to remove dead skin cells and improve skin texture.
If you have normal skin then it is suggested a monthly facial sitting. But in case of any skin problem, recommended to have 2 times facial sitting in a month.
Further it is advisable to take facial sitting starting at least 3-4 months before the wedding.
You must take plenty of water for maintain hydration. You can also use hydrating masks for supple skin in case if you are moving outside and working area.
